I am having a frustrating time with a client who is operating several satellite offices via Terminal Services(RDP Users). Each office has two printers they use often. One 4" label printer and One Laser printer which prints on 8.5"x11" paper. The print drivers are installed correctly as I can print a test page, with the caveat that whatever printer was the local default printer at the time of RDP connection is established, is the printer settings that are applied to which ever print is selected by the user for that print job. Example: Default printer is a 4" label printer when the user connects to the RDP Server, User tries to print a report and select the non-default laser printer, the print job completes, but the report is truncated on the left and right sides of the report so it only prints 4" wide. Similarly if the laser printer is set as the default printer and a label is printed the label printer will spit out a 4"x11" roll of label paper with the correct text and no error is given.
