set hostname to client name in TS

Hi all,

I have been trying to find an answer for this and i couldn't.

I am trying to have our current application to run from a TS instead of a file server. Today our apps run on the physical workstation through a file server (using shortcuts to the file server) however those application are mostly 3rd party applications that uses the get hostname api to get the workstation name.

When i try to setup this through a TS environment i always get the hostname as the server name not the client name. Is there a way where i can map the hostname in the ip stack to the client name which is the physical workstation where i am launching the RDP session?
