I'm having issues using redirection to print to one printer, but have no issues with several others. The machine I'm connecting to is running Windows Server 2008 R2 and the machine I'm using is running Windows 7 32-bit. The printer is a Brother MFC-9230CW. It's a network printer and has been added to the local computer via IP address. It prints just fine locally but won't print through re-direction. Jobs seem to just sit in the queue and never go any further. In Devices and Printers the printer appears with the yellow ! icon, but I'm not able to have Windows troubleshot it. The server is managed by another company and I do not have admin credentials. I've had the people who administer the server install the drivers for the printer twice now but it's still not working. Most of the solutions I've found in regards to redirection are for issues where no printers work but in my case it's just this one. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
