I have a customer that has server 2008 R2 standard that deploys terminal services apps to their users. Office 2010, Adobe Reader and Quickbooks are the notable apps that I have deployed.
The problem arose when they bought a couple of refurbished Dell desktops. They lose the ability to right-click (the option flashes then disappears instantly) - but only in the Office programs - Quickbooks and Adobe always work.
The issue is only on these two new machines, which are Windows 7 Professional (and they have other Win7 pro machines). I have reinstalled the apps and it temporarily fixes the issue, but it always comes back.
I have had them try a couple different mice and I have also remotely accessed these computers and experienced the issue first hand.
Any leads for a solution would be greatly appreciated!
