We are running 20012 as a Session Host/Gateway/Webapp/Remoteapp server, everything works fine with external RD Web and internal RD web, when users first log in but...
Then we start to have an issues where when the client clicks an icon for a published app, and nothing happens - the app does not launch. The browser title bar flicks colour on and off and that's all. I can reproduce this every time by logging in and out several times, or logging in to RD Web interface and waiting for a while.
The only way to fix this is by restarting the workstation and logging back in again. This happens on every client that connects to the RD Web server, and there are at least 6 that I have tried with.
Workstations are all XP/Vista/Windows 7
All have the latest updated RDC clients
Private RDS FQDN: rds01.domain.local
Public RDS A Record: remote.domain.com
The A Record matches my certs Common Name
The Certificate meets the correct requirements
We have split DNS so internally remote.domain.com resolves to the internal IP address.
Can anyone help?
