Installed RRAS Server 2012 Standard - receiving Remote Access Management service (RaMgmtSvc) stopped

I have installed the RRAS role on Server 2012 and only configured it for VPN.  Now I am getting 1 services error and 2 BPA results in the Remote Access pane on the dashboard.  I am using NIC Teaming with two NICs.  NIC Team 1 is the current NIC.

Service error:
Remote Access Management service (RaMgmtSvc) stopped

BPA:
RRAS: To use RRAS server as an IPv4 router, IPv4 forwarding must be enabled
RRAS: To use RRAS server as an IPv6 router, IPv6 forwarding must be enabled

I have pulled my hair out enabling IPv4 and IPv6 options left and right, uninstalled the RRAS role, re-installed it, disabled IPv6 on NIC Team 1, etc.  Cannot clear these errors and best practices.
