Ok here goes.
I have an RD farm consisting of 4 hosts with a separate RD Connection Broker server. When I access via the internal network using the name of the farm I am placed on one of the 4 hosts. All good.
I have since added an RDG server and when access from an external server using a configured .rdp connection holding the RDG details it connects and places me on one of the 4 hosts. Again all good.
In order to make it easier to connect for staff from home (so that they don't have to set up a configured RDP connection on their desktop) I am looking to use RDWEB. I have this all working and can log in and hit the Remote Apps and Remote Desktop tabs. When I click on the remote Desktop tab and enter the RD farm name and hit connect I am then presented with a credentials box again, so I enter my credentials and hit OK and I'm then placed on one of the four servers.
The question is, why am I asked for my credentials again after I used them to log into RDWEB in the place, can these not be passed through, is there a way to make this work.
In addition, and as a side note, is there a way to stop me having to delete the 'Computer Name' text from the Connect To box, bloody annoying.
