We have 16 Windows 2003 terminal servers. We are in the process of replacing them with Windows 2012 servers. We have the Windows 2003 licensing server up and running and I was wondering if we can set up a Windows 2012 RDS licensing server and only install Win 2012 CALs and have that new server hand out the Win 2012 CALs and keep the Win 2k3 server handing out the Win 2k3 CALs without one interfering with the other?
