RemoteApp in Server 2012 - black window

Hi,

we have RDS with remoteApp and some users see black window instead of the remoteApp.

I've found this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981156?wa=wsignin1.0 but it only seems to apply to server 2008 R2, however I am experiencing this on server 2012.

I was not able to reproduce this problem on any internal clients, so far we have one client experiencing this problem who is connecting via RD Gateway. He is running Windows 7.

I've also tested this with some other clients (win8 and server 2008 R2) while connecting via RD Gateway and it works fine.
