I would like to know if there is a way to have data periodically sync while a user is in an active RDP Session on my Terminal Server or does the sync carried out only on log off. If the Users Disconnect not log off is there a was to have the data be synced to the User's profile on the file server or do they have to log off to allow the data sync. Why i am asking this is because i have an environment with 40 Users and very rarely they log off they just disconnect. I am trying to find a way to prevent data loss or to have the data sync while the session is in a disconnected state. Because from my understanding the cached data is only synced on log off.
