Blurry Web pages when using RD Farm

Good afternoon,

I currently have a RDFARM (Server 2008R2), the farm has 4 hosts and a connection broker server.  A user could be placed on any of the 4 servers.

A lot of users who use internal web applications are complaining that parts of the web applications are blurry, this can also be seen when scrolling down through emails in Outlook.  I have tried the visual settings but that doesnt seem to make a difference.

Has anybody come across this before and if so what can be done to resolve it?
