We have recently installed a new Server SBS 2011.
We can remotely connect to 10 of the 11 computers through https remote.mycompany
The one pc's error message is remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer for of these reasons;
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled (Remote works for the other 10 devices)
2) The remote computer is turned off (The computer is turned on)
3) The remote computer is not available on the network (The computer is connected to the domain and has access to all shares/printers/copiers/etc)
Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.
We receive the same error when trying to remotely connect to this computer from remote desktop within our network.
The computer is running Windows XP with SP3.
Our network has Windows XP and Windows 7 clients.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
