There seems to be a lot of conflicting information regarding this online due to changes since 2008 and with differences depending on whether you are setting up VDI or Session Hosts but i was hoping someone can give me a definitive answer as to whether the following should work :
2 * Windows Server 2012 RDS Session Host Servers (Running as virtual machines in a Hyper-V 2012 Cluster)
2 * Windows Server 2012 RDS Connection Broker Servers set up in HA
1 * Windows Server 2012 RDS Web Interface Server
Client Settings are configured to allow plug and play redirection as well as Audio and Video Playback. My test rdp file is set to map plug and play devices.
We want to use Remote Apps to publish Skype. Therefore we need webcams and microphones to redirect to allow for it to work. Is it possible with the above to accomplish this? Currently unable to see any webcams or microphones when i connect in. I have enabled the Windows Desktop Experience which has allowed for Audio to play (ie i can hear music when i play it within a session and i can hear the skype test sounds etc). If it is possible is there some other configuration required other than within the client settings of the collection?
