Hello, everyone. I am new here to learn ^.^
I have a server in my working place with a machine running Windows Server 2003 r2 as firewall. It allows domain admins to remote access to it via Remote Desktop Connection.
Before this, we have static IP from the ISP and now, we terminated the service due to some reasons not long ago. Now we're using dynamic IP but ddns is not configured yet.
Today, when I try to connect to the firewall via Internet. I am not able to connect and it prompted me Error807. Before this, I am able to connect via Interent.
I tried to look for Error807 from this forum also which the error is :
The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your VPN server has reached capacity. Please try to reconnect to the VPN server. If this problem persists, contact the VPN administrator and analyze quality of network connectivity.
1.How do I check whether my VPN server has reached capacity?
2.How do I check my firewall and vpn rule ? Possible vpn channel has been set to static IP(no longer in use) which I need to change it to current dynamic IP ?
If these are not the reason, what can I do ? Can any give me some directions please ?
