Cannot install Windows Internal Database on Windows server 2012 datacenter

Hi all,

We've implemented a windows server 2012 as domain controller. For some reason, we install the Remote Desktop service on this DC. The RDS service: gateway, license can install without any error; however, we cannot install the Remote Desktop Connection Broker, every time we install this role, the error message display: The request to add or remove feature on the specified server failed. Then we try to install the Windows Internal Database first (required when install Remote Desktop Connection Broker), but the error also same. After I do the research, add the accounts IIS_IUSRS, NETWORK, NETWORK SERVICE, SERVICE to the Log on as a service policy, but still cannot install. And we check on the Event Log, the error message as:
