2008r2 Remote Desktop Office License

Hi I have an issue with a server running 2008R2 in Remote Desktop mode that I have inherited.

I can see from the license manager that we are 5 short off the remote access license but how can I check Office 2010?

I know from the volume license that we have got 5 license's but where can I check to see the 5 Office license, check how many are being used and then add more as needed?
