Our client has a Server 2008 R2 SP1 RDS server where Internet Explorer freezes for multiple end users.
Users have now got into the habit of killing their own iexplorer.exe processes! This is not ideal.
Event Viewer shows multiple logs as follows. Can someone please help?
Event 1002, Application Hang
The program iexplore.exe version 8.0.7601.17514 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
