We have a Windows CE 5.0 device and want to use RDP to connect to a windows server 2008 R2 remote desktop services. using the exact same username and password accessing this from a normal desktop (windows 7) I can save the username and password, double click the rdp file and im straight in. However, even though I have edited the RDP file and made registry changes to store the username and password, doing this from Windows CE 5 always initiates the RDP session but only as far as the server 2008 r2 login screen where I have to select the user account square tile and then enter the password.
we want this to be as transparent as possible for our users, and to have this go straight through would be ideal for us. can anyone help?
