Cannot add -connect to the Network Printer via FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) - PrinterName + DomainName

Dear colleagues, I need yor help.

There is a print server in our organization - PrintServer on Windows Server 2003 in the domainDomain.Local. AD is on Windows Server 2003. Users connect to the Terminal Server on Windows Server 2012.

The problem is that some users can't add printer via FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name)

For example,

1) can add printer via SMB (share) name \\PrintServer\PrinterName

2) can add printer via IP of the server \\IP_of_PrintServer\PrinterName

3) BUT cannot add printer via FQDN (complete server name with domain) \\PrintServer.Domain.Local\PrinterName

Errors occur:

Cannot connect to printer. Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation failed with error 0x00000006

or

Connect to printer. Windows couldn't connect to the printer. Check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, make sure that the printer is turned on, and that the printer address is correct.

Printer is available (prints successfully).

If I ping -a PrintServer Iping actuallyPrintServer.Domain.Local [IP_of_PrintServer]. That means server is available via FQDN, and i can see the list of printer, but attempt to connect the device brings to ERROR.

What is strange:

First, problem appears for all Terminal Servers but NOT for all users. It happen selectively with different servers and different users from day to day. Can't discover some rule or regularity. But now at one TS for one user this problem appeared, and i can't resolve it. I tried to restart spooler, restart DNScache, ipconfig flushdns. Nothing helps.

Second, such error appears, if i try to add printer via wrong path, for example,\\WrongPrintServer\PrinterName

Third, there is no such a problem with local printers. At least, i don't know about this problem, because TS is a new project and not all bugs were collected.

Four, I have no such a problem on Windows XP local machines.

I think something wrong with user profile setting on this TSwithProblem, because the same user that have problem now on TSwithProblem, can add printers via FQDN on different TSWithoutProblem. Moreover, other users can add printer via FQDN on this TSwithProblem.

I will repeat, problem appears not only on TSwithProblem, but with other TS it happens too.

But I need to add printer exactly via FQDN (because AD use FQDN and users use AD to search and add printers).

Please, help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
