Click Once Applications for Citrix XenApp6.5 on Windows Server2008

Hello,

We use ClickOnce desktop applications on Citrix on a Windows server. We are trying to upgrade the Citrix version to XenApp 6.5 which needs Windows Server 2008. In this attempt, our Click Once applications stopped working. Is this a bug in Windows Server 2008? Are there any resolution steps around it?
