One of my clients has 6 remote locations, each with 2 systems at each location which connect to the main office using RDS. I have just upgraded both the systems (from XP pro to Win7 pro 64bit), and the printers to small HP laserjet 1102. Since I upgraded, when I attempt to print locally, and absolutely nothing happens.
The local printer driver is installed on the server, remote desktop group policy settings have been configured.
I can use logmein to connect to one of the computers, use RDS to log on to the server, and print to MY local printer (Canon laserjet via logmein).
It seems like a driver issue with the new printers, but I ran out of things to try.
Obviously the printers at the remote locations all work fine in Windows, just not while connected to RDS.
