RDS (Remote Desktop Services) webaccess not working without 3389 port

Hello,

I have configured RDS web access in my office but it's not connecting from the internet once I click on any published application.

If I open 3389 port on our firewall then it's working fine from the internet.

Please suggest what is the wrong with my configuration.
