Recently we have been running in to an issue where users logging in to our terminal server are sporadically getting broken desktop shortcuts. The process for which they are given the shortcuts is that a log in script copies them in from a network location. There does not appear to be any network connectivity issues between the servers, and it doesn't happen for every single user, hence "sporadically".
