We have a server here in the uk running Windows 2008 R2 - I have an office in Malta which connect to our server using Remote Desktop Connection... they need to be able to print files from the server in their office (have a new Canon 3250 printer installed and running with no problems on their local machines - Windows 7 Pro)
The printer has redirected across to the remote desktop connection and can be see within 'Printers and Devices'
However, nothing that is sent to the printer actually prints... but it does remove from the print queue.
Local machines are running on 32bit and the server is 64bit - I've installed the 64bit drivers using the 'local resources' option for remote desktop.
Any suggestions how I can resolve this issue?
