Multiple Monitors Remote App Server 2008 R2

Hi,

I currently have a Server 2008 R2 Remote App server setup and a Windows 7 SP1 host that connects to the server for a Remote App Session but I cannot move the app to my 2nd monitor. When I connect to the server using a normal RDP session I can move the windows to the 2nd monitor. I have enabled the function in the Remote App Manager to use all monitors and even tried editing the .rdp file with Notepad to check that the "use multimon:i:1 and using 0 to see if that made a difference but no luck. We cannot use the Application on Server 2012 R2 otherwise I would do that.

Any Suggestions?
