Windows Server2012R2 - The Remote Desktop Management service terminated with the following service-specific error:%%2284126209

Hi

Trying to install terminal session based services on Server 2012R2 - the server has been promoted to domain controller.

Unfortunately, each time I tried ( and god knows I tried so many times) it fails.

Then in Event Viewer you can find that:

The Remote Desktop Management service terminated with the following service-specific error: 
%%2284126209

I know that there was an issue with it on Server 2012:

Remote Desktop Services role cannot co-exist with AD DS role on Windows Server 2012

I even tried the hotfix specified in the article but it does not apply to my version of the server.

The server is up to date with updates.
