I have a windows 2003 terminal server that users are getting logged off. I have checked the idle session limit, end disconnect session, active session limit and they are all set for never. It does not happen when the user is logged into the terminal server on the local area network. It happens when they are working from home. They can be logged in for over 4 hours working and then get logged off. We have other people working from home on different terminal servers and they do not have any issues. In the event viewer, I do have an event where is states the user initiated logoff at the given time. Any suggestions would be helpful.
