Hi all,
we have a small environment at customer site with 5 servers. 1 DC, 1 RDS Host, 1 RDS Gateway and other stuff.
Basically, everything works great, users connect form inside and outside to the RDS Host and work on this machine.
But some users are unable to connect via Remote Desktop Gateway from outside and get the following error message:
"You computer can't connect to the remote computer because an error occurred on the remote computer that you want connect to. Contact your network administrator for assistance."
I checked all logs on RDS Host, Gateway and client, we have not found any messages or errors.
In this case, we have Win7 Ultimate (patched), Win7 Home Premium and a Windows Vista machine which cannot connect.
But we have also many 7 Pro, Ulitmate and Home Premium which can connect.
Any hint for us?
