I set up a remote apps server running win 2012 r2. It works perfectly fine internally with users being able to authenticate themselves and run the remoteapp. However, when the user tries to authenticate on an external PC, it gives me a bad username and password error when I try to open any remoteapp. I clearly specified the correct username and password. I did this as an admin and it wouldn't work. The usergroups that are allowed to connect are specified in the remoteapps configuration. I don't know what's going on!
