We have a Windows 2008 R2 server configured as a session host. We have anywhere up to 40 remote users that might connect concurrently. A few times during the day, we'll get calls from users that had a connection drop abruptly, but when they reconnect,
they don't get their previous session back. They end up with two sessions on the server, but they cannot start up the main application because there can only be one instance, and it's running in the previous RDP session. We have to manually kill the old session,
and then they are able to start the application up. Does anyone have an idea as to what I might try? Thanks
