We are attempting to reduce our server costs at our company. We have a small office with 2008 and Terminal Server Logons and we have users who need to share a set of files and be able to access them remotely. And while it seems like Remote Web Access with
Office 365 Integration could do that, there is one program i'm concerned about. There's a program called REO Maestro that needs to have free access to the pictures, pdf files, etc that would be on the server. But since we can only have 2 RDAs we can't have
the 5 or so people we need to be working on it. Is there a way to install it on the remote computers, and have some of the folders on the Essentials server shared without needing to go through RWA just so that we can have this one program be functional? Because
this one program is the one clincher that's holding this back.
