Integrated Windows Authentication for RDS 2012 R2 RDWeb

I've not found a way to enable this for 2012 R2 (or even 2012) yet, only for older versions.

If I'm logged on to a PC that's joined to my Active Directory I'd like my RDWeb site to not prompt me for credentials and just take me to the list of RemoteApp applications. (The applications should then also not prompt for credentials when they're launched)
