Different error pop-up in Win XP and Win 7

Hi,

For denied users, there are different warning in Win XP and Win 7.

For Win 7,

For Win XP,

Can set Win XP to use Win 7 warning ?? Or can hide the logon page ?? Since don't want let user to try to login.
