I have windows 2003 server running the office, I have three workstations in the front office. I have a EHR/EMR software to run the practice scheduling biling etc. The medical record part of the software allows of documents to be scanned into the patient's individual file. From time to time randomly the terminals gets offline and I cant see the scanned document folders, I cant access the full software database, the main printer gets offline from the terminals. I had the software checked out today for any corruptions and it is mint w/o any deficiencies. I can do RDP from the satellite office or home and it all works fine at the server but the terminals gets blocked or offline or disconected and very sssllllowww...
I had the IT guys putting the LAN on every terminal as automatic to get the IP DNS and gateway automatically from the server. I have a netopia router with a static IP address.
Any ideas how to fix this thing?
