RDP file password

I need to create an RDP file on one computer to be used on a different computer. I will probably not have access to the crypt32 library. 

Is there a way for me to put the password in the RDP file clear text? It is a very temporary password so I'm not too worried about it. 

If I did have access to crypt32, I hear the password 51 encryption uses the SID of the user, because I am creating the file on one computer and then using it from another that will create an issue for me. Is there a way to create it without the SID of the user?
