Currently, the company is set up with some users on full PC's and others on thin clients(Igels and Lenovo Tinys). The users on the thin clients access a terminal server from which they launch Remote Apps. Printing from Internet Explorer on the terminal server, there are no issues. However, if the user has an html link in Outlook they can browse the page just fine but the page will print off blank and the print preview is blank. All terminal servers are using the Easy Print driver for easier administration of printers.
Why would printing directly via Internet Explorer be fine but if you follow a link(Outlook or Word) the print and print preview will be blank?
Spooling a job for some users on the thin clients also seems to take a long time(minutes for a pdf). Once done spooling though, the print job finishes without issue.
