We have installed most hotfixes reporting to similair issues with little success, we have tried different combinations of the IRM Client and Abobe (other pdf solutions not supported by the IRM client and cannot move away from this due to the nature of the business)
Has any one had experience with this plugin and terminal services issues we have outstanding support calls open with EMC and have pretty much given up hope of getting any information out of them.
Or if you can think of a create work around please do advise.
Thanks
Bob
