Virtual Windows 10 on HyperV remote display adapter crashing

We are having repeated problems the last couple weeks with being unable to RDP to a virtual Windows 10 1909 PC running on HyperV Windows Server 2016. It will not respond when we try to RDP to it and then when I get on the console and try to log on, I just get a black screen after logging on and have to reset the virtual PC. After the reset, we can RDP to it fine for a while, until the problem occurs again later. In searching the event logs I found the following errors. I couldn't find anything else in the event logs that looked like a problem. The fixes for this talk about updating video drivers but the only video drivers are Microsoft Hyper-V Video and Microsoft Remote Display Adapter. The 3D video driver in HyperV is not installed (I saw online as a fix for this issue was to remove it). I checked and there were no updates available in device manager for the video drivers. I was working on the PC this afternoon when I was bumped out of my RDP session and when I checked the event log, I saw the below 2 errors had happened right when I was bumped out. What is causing this and how can I fix it?
